You can easily and quickly change your subscription plan in the Watch Management Portal.

All your subscription details are visible in the menu item Account Details. 

If you find that you cannot change your subscription in the Watch Management Portal, please contact our support team.

•    Please send us your preferred subscription per email, together with the name of the Wearer and the serial number

of the  watch.

•    You can send this email to support (@)

You will receive a written confirmation of the subscription change and in case of an upgrade you will receive an invoice     

for the price difference for the remaining months of your contractual period.
