You can always upgrade your subscription to a higher plan, often your subscription is upgraded within one working day.

Downgrading your subscription to a lower plan is also possible anytime and often processed within one working day, but it is only possible to change the subscription price by the end of the contract period.


•    You can send us your preferred subscription per email, together with the name of the wearer and the serial number

of the  watch.


•    You can send this email to support (@) smartwatcher.com.

You will receive a written confirmation of the subscription change and in case of an upgrade you will receive an invoice     

for the price difference for the remaining months of your contractual period.
