You have received this email because we are no longer able to make the payment of your subscription fees automatically. There may be two reasons for this:


1. Recently the expiration date of your credit card has passed and you have received a new card with the same card number

We need to receive the new expiration date from you at support@smartwatcher.com. We will adjust it and you do not have to do anything else. 


2. You have taken another credit card into use 

We need to receive a confirmation of the change at support@smartwatcher.com, but without the new credit card details. You will then receive an email from us with a new invoice. You can pay this invoice online with your new credit card so we will have the correct payment information again.
